he Events Management Specialization is a 5-course online diploma designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in planning, organizing, marketing, and managing events of all types, including conferences, conventions, meetings, exhibitions, corporate events, and special events. The program covers event design, project management, budgeting, venue selection, destination marketing, workforce management, and strategic planning, preparing learners to successfully coordinate and deliver professional events in a dynamic global industry. ### Entry Requirements

The undergraduate programmes are open to applicants from across the Caribbean and internationally who meet the following requirements:

* Possess a Caribbean secondary school qualification such as CSEC/CXC, CAPE, GCE, High School Diploma, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the institution.
* Have successfully completed secondary education with an overall academic performance equivalent to at least 60%.
* Demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
* Successfully participate in an admissions interview with a member of the academic or admissions team, where required.

### Exceptional Entry Pathway

Applicants who do not meet the standard academic entry requirements may still be considered for admission based on their professional experience, prior learning, maturity, and overall potential to succeed in higher education. Each application is reviewed individually by the programme team, and qualified candidates may be granted admission through the institution's Exceptional Entry process.

### English Language Requirements

Applicants can satisfy the English language requirement through one of the following:

* Successful graduation from a secondary school where English was the primary language of instruction, including schools within English-speaking Caribbean countries.
* An IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 6.0 or equivalent English language qualification.
* Other recognized English language qualifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
