Applicants should possess:
An MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; or
A Master's degree in Management or a related discipline; or
A Master's degree in another discipline plus at least five years of professional experience.
Minimum of five years of postgraduate work experience, including experience in a senior management position.

This proposal serves as the roadmap for the entire doctoral dissertation and is developed under close supervision from an assigned DBA mentor.

This course examines sustainable business models, ESG strategies, stakeholder management, and responsible corporate governance. Artificial Intelligence is reshaping industries worldwide. This module helps executives understand AI technologies without requiring a technical background. Students explore machine learning, automation, generative AI, business analytics, ethical AI governance, and how AI can improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making across Caribbean organizations.
