Learners gain practical insight into the responsibilities of senior technology executives such as Chief Information Officers (CIOs), enabling them to confidently lead digital transformation initiatives and organisational change.

Technology leaders must think strategically rather than operationally. This module teaches students how organisations develop technology strategies that support business objectives, improve competitiveness, and maximise return on IT investment. Topics include IT governance, enterprise architecture, strategic planning, digital business models, technology roadmaps, and the evolving role of the CIO.
