Programme Overview

The Hospitality Operations Certificate is an 8-course online and distance-learning programme designed to provide students and hospitality professionals with practical, industry-focused knowledge across key areas of hotel and hospitality operations. The programme allows learners to study at their own pace while continuing to work, making it ideal for individuals seeking career advancement, professional certification, or a pathway into the hospitality industry. Students gain competencies in front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage management, accounting, supervision, sales and marketing, and hospitality technology. Upon successful completion, participants receive a framed Hospitality Operations Certificate from Swiss Alpine Center.

Entry Requirements

Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a grade of at least 60% of the high school exit grade
Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirements
Pass an interview with a Senior Member Team Exceptional Entry
Candidates who do not possess normal minimum entry qualifications are considered on an individual basis by members of the programme team. Notification of admission by exceptional entry plus a rationale is forwarded to the Registry.
