Programme Overview

The Rooms Division Specialization is a 5-course online certificate programme designed to develop professional expertise in the management of hotel front office, housekeeping, security, guest services, and hospitality technology operations. The programme is particularly suited to hospitality professionals seeking career advancement, promotion opportunities, or specialized certification while continuing to work.
