Entry Requirements
Since our courses are conducted entirely online, they are accessible to both UK and international registered healthcare professionals.
Applicants will typically hold a first degree or equivalent (including international qualifications) in a relevant professional healthcare field, such as a medical or nursing degree.
Registered healthcare professionals without these recognised qualifications will be considered on an individual basis and a wide range of prior experience may be taken into account. In some cases, applicants may be asked to submit a piece of work for assessment in order to confirm that they are able to work comfortably at postgraduate level, and demonstrate the requisite clinical and professional knowledge.

A copy of your undergraduate degree certificate.
The name and email address of someone who is able to provide a reference, this can be a work colleague, employer or former tutor.
A detailed personal statement explaining why you would like to undertake the course.
A copy of your proof of English competency (see below).
English Language Requirements Proficiency in the English language is also essential to completing our courses. If English is NOT your first language, we ask for proof of competency during the application process. We are able to accept an IELTS overall score of 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 for each band) or an equivalent qualification.

Entry Requirements
Applicants will be assessed on an individual basis, but typically, applicants for the programme will:
Possess a healthcare or sports degree or equivalent (including international qualifications) in a relevant subject.
Students who possess a good undergraduate degree in broader subject areas are encouraged to apply, provided the applicant has 2+ years of experience in the sport/exercise space. For example, Personal Trainers who can demonstrate relevant experience.
Provide evidence in the personal statement as to how they can apply learning to a practical setting and reflect on practice.
Basic IT skills (e.g., word-processing, email and internet).
If English is not the student’s first language they must hold an English language qualification.
English Requirements
ELTS with an overall score of 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each band)
TOEFL with a score of 72 overall and a minimum of 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing (including Home Edition)
English GCSE grade C or above
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)
Exams taken from January 2015: overall score of 169 with at least 162 in each component
Exams taken before January 2015: Grade C and no less than borderline in each skill
Trinity College English Language qualifications: ISE II Distinction or ISE III Pass
PTE Academic and PTE Academic UKVI with a score of 64 overall and 59 in each component
Where a UKVI SELT is not required, PTE Academic Online scores may also be accepted
OET with an average of 440–350 overall and a minimum of 350 in each component
